VENDING CANT BE SWITCHED ON OR POWERING UP

Advise customer to provide a video regarding the issue.

Advise customer to check plug if it attach and still on or off. If it off try to turn it on.

-If still no power -

Advise customer to open the vending and look for the switch power at the black box is it on or off.  If its off turn it on.

-If still no power-

Advise customer that we will arrange technician for the issue.
