QR NOT APPEAR ISSUE

Step to handle customer regarding QR not appear issue.

 

1. Reboot the machine 

- OK back to normal (case close)

- Not OK

 

2. Advice customer is the internet line ok or not

- No (Active the internet and back to normal <case close>)

- OK

 

3. Advice customer is the version is under new or current version

- No (Advice customer to update to new version, if back to normal <case close>)

- Yes

 

4. Advice customer the system currently updating or under maintenance from developer

 

5. Advice customer will take around 3-4 working days due to update or under maintenance.

- OK back to normal <case close>

 

6. After 3-4 working days make a report to back end team to look regarding the issue. SLA base on the issue.
